  • Harassment in any manner or form on the application, including via email and chat or by obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden.

5. Booking and Cancellation Policy

  • Users can book sessions at sports facilities available on the application.
  • SportPoint does not control the cancellation policies of individual sports facilities and is not responsible for any fees incurred due to cancellations.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content included on the application, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the application, is the property of SportPoint or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws.
  • You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the application without express written permission by us.

7. Limitation of Liability

SportPoint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

SportPoint reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Your continued use of the application following the posting of changes to these terms will mean you accept those changes.
